Jabra is a reputable and well named manufacturer of innovative headphones and microphones, with online stores across the globe. They have mainly concentrated on professional equipment like audio equipment and videoconferencing systems. Today, they aim to broaden their horizons into the context of individual headphones and earpieces.
As per our team’s observation at Google Analytics, a large number of potential customers emerge on the Product detail page, however for some reason, the majority of them leave without making a purchase. The perception of visitors regarding purchasing a thing online and then discovering that it is not suitable was causing a lot of frustration and transaction anxiety. Our main objective was to find out a way to change the visitors’ cognizance regarding the product.
To tackle the root cause we made sure to connect with the website visitors and asked them about the features that were most significant to them while purchasing headphones through a questionnaire on the product page. Interestingly, most of the users’ answers revolved around: “Will the headphones fit me?
Also another concern that users had was: “I’m not sure if they’re comfortable.”

Since we knew the main concerns of the visitors, we introduced a strategy to showcase users feedback regarding a better experience of the earphones and place product’s features and specifications on the main banner of the website. This helped to reduce customers’ concern about the product and drove revenue by 76.92%.

The improvements resulted in a 76.92% increase in sales by emphasizing the feature of the earphone that potential purchasers wanted to see and letting them know the genuinity of the product through reviews. According to some research, visitors spend an average of 5.94 seconds looking at a website’s main image. Thus, we took this opportunity to enhance the product’s features and reviews on the main banner.
